FM helps clients maintain continuity in their business operations by drawing upon state-of-the-art loss-prevention engineering and research; risk management skills and support services; tailored risk transfer capabilities; and superior financial strength. To do so, we rely on a dynamic, culturally diverse group of employees, working in more than 100 countries, in a variety of challenging roles.

We are seeking a Senior Global Service Representative to join our Global Services EMEA team. Global Services provides consulting services, insights, and intelligence to the FM Group, prospects, clients, and brokers, while maintaining the integrity of the WorldReach network (FM local insurance partners within EMEA). Our mission is to “Make the world simple for our people, prospects/clients and partners.”

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with FM Business Development Executives on prospects, requiring thorough knowledge of multinational Global Program design and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with peers in the Americas and Asia Pacific to craft solutions for prospective and existing clients.
  • Act as a strategic Trusted Advisor, working proactively with Client Service Teams on assigned client accounts.
  • Work with Insurance Product Specialists to provide consultative solutions before and after renewals.
  • Contribute to the annual Ops Management stewardship report, highlighting value-added services provided by Global Services.
  • Manage WorldReach Network risk, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation to ensure a stable platform for placing admitted coverage in non-licensed territories.
  • Maintain close communication with WorldReach Partner contacts and the C-Suite to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Update and maintain internal reference documents such as Country Sheets, SRS, Premium Estimator, Tax & Charge Finder, and Claims Handling Agreements.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Learning to deliver Global Program training to internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor new Underwriters/Account Managers in compliant Global Program design and delivery.
  • Identify and establish new WorldReach Partners where FM is not licensed, based on the New Market Entry process.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree plus a master’s degree in insurance, risk management, engineering, or business studies, with a minimum of five years post-graduate experience in insurance or risk management.
  • Alternatively, an Associate/Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute or Institute of Risk Management, or local professional qualification equivalence, with ten years post-qualifying experience.
  • Ability to travel to the USA and within EMEA as required.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic or French.
