We are seeking a Senior Program and Change Consultant who excels in leading large-scale programs with both strategic vision and tactical precision. This role requires a high-level thinker who serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives, adept at navigating high-priority, complex business challenges that hold significant strategic value and are subject to change and risk. The consultant will guide the conceptualization, delivery, and implementation of multifaceted, multi-year initiatives, encompassing both technology and non-technology dimensions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with a proven track record of conducting in-depth analysis to identify issues and establish frameworks for comprehensive solutions that integrate people, processes, and technology. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to meticulously detail and align solutions, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of initiatives. This role demands expertise in change management, project execution, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to work effectively with agile teams and employ a hybrid execution style. The annual salary for this position is $134,080 to $192,700 and will be determined based on individual qualifications.
