We are seeking a dedicated Project Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. Reporting to Witali Engelhardt, Manager New Business Europe, you will play a key role in supporting our FM Approvals team in Europe. This position involves collaborating with various corporate departments to facilitate business development and certification activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in European FM Approvals business development efforts.
  • Serve as the administrative liaison between local FM operations and other FM Approvals departments.
  • Support communication with customers and potential clients.
  • Aid in marketing initiatives and trade show preparations.
  • Organize travel arrangements and coordinate external and internal meetings.
  • Facilitate certification process activities across Europe.
  • Maintain CRM systems and other operational tools.
  • Provide local support for Business Operations and Finance.
  • Consolidate and generate reports.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Vocational training.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and service-focused.
  • Strong organizational and numerical skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Experience in supporting a team is preferred.
  • Experience in managing client relationships is a plus.
