We are currently looking for a dedicated person to support our Paris Operations Team as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Paris Operations Manager, Loïc Le Dréau. This is a full-time office-based position.

This person will work independently using considerable judgment and initiative to handle executive administrative functions on behalf of the Paris Operations Manager. This position requires using discretion with regards to sensitive and highly confidential matters.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage calendar and support prioritization: organize meetings and events; prepare materials such as presentations, agendas and minutes.
  •  Handle a variety of administrative tasks using an understanding of company policy and executive preference (e.g., expense reports, invoices, budget, itineraries/travel, purchasing supplies, files and records).
  • Gather and summarize information and may prepare complex reports to support executive decision making.
  • Support management of interactions and correspondence with internal and external contacts on behalf of the Operations Manager based on style and preference.

Qualifications

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of administrative/executive experience supporting senior management.
  • Excellent computer skills particularly of Microsoft office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and able to learn new systems used for administrative support.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to act with diplomacy and tact.
  • Fluency in English and French is required, oral and written.
