FM is seeking an ambitious individual to join our Human Resource team in Johnston, RI as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Schedule & Location

This is a non-exempt, office-based position working 5 days each week Monday-Friday in Johnston, RI with the flexibility of working remote twice per week on Wednesday and Friday, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire candidate interview process, including scheduling video and onsite interviews.
  • Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the interview, offer, and pre-employment processes, including skills testing, background checks, orientation, work visa sponsorship process, offer letters, and other pre-boarding activities.
  • Act as the point of contact for the business in relation to requisitions and initial hiring activities.

 

Establish effective rapport with hiring managers and recruiters

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to determine hiring needs and ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal collaborators to effectively implement standard methodologies in talent acquisition.
  • Consistently communicate with hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback on candidates.

Manage candidate travel arrangements and process candidate travel reimbursements

  • Coordinate all travel logistics for candidates, ensuring a flawless experience from start to finish.
  • Process travel reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining strict adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or related HR support
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to keep tasks accurate and organized at all times
  • Excellent attention to detail

The hiring range for this position is $32.08 to $46.12 per hour. The final salary will be determined based on individual qualifications.
