We’re seeking a Procedure Specialist to join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in supporting operational staff with the Client Service Process. Responsibilities include:
High School or equivalent and minimum 2 years’ experience in a business/office role or environment is preferred
Self-motivated/Self Starter
Team oriented
Organized and detail oriented
Customer-focused
Strong with written and verbal communication
Strong analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; especially Excel
Strong computer/Microsoft office skills (research, some excel, analysis)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills
