This role is responsible for managing FM Global’s employee compensation programs and policies. Will manage a team and focus on the development, communication, implementation, and administration of new and revised competitive compensation programs, policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance through audits, reports and analysis.
Monitor and measure effectiveness of existing compensation programs, policies, guidelines and procedures.
Manages the salary administration processing, monitoring, and reporting functions; monitors the effectiveness of programs and recommends modifications.
Evaluate and recommend new plans, revisions, and identify redesign opportunities that are consistent with compensation trends and align with company objectives.
Research and analyze competitive trends and initiate relatable studies.
Manage annual marketplace survey and analysis and develop and recommend annual salary administration budget.
Partner and consult with senior leadership, managers and human resources in relation to compensation programs, practices, policies, recommendations, state and federal regulations.
Identify and develop training programs to support compensation decision making and management.
Manages the company's job evaluation program to assure that all positions are properly described, evaluated, and graded.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
CCP Professional Designation preferred
10+ years of demonstrated experience in compensation of increasing responsibility
Ability to effectively communicate compensation theories, policies and practice
Collaborative, ability to work as a relationship manager on projects, coordinating activities and resolving conflicts
Ability to maximize technological resources to enhance service delivery
Ability to lead and manage change
Excellent communication, decision making and problem solving skills
Train, coach and develop of staff
Advanced knowledge of compensation laws, techniques, applications and programs
