Responsibilities - External

  • Assisting in production of various food items according to recipes, First Cook and Sous Chef instruction.
  • Be able to work quickly and multitask while demonstrating good communication skills and teamwork.
    Engage in interaction with customers to meet their requests.
  • Prepare meals with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Demonstrate good sanitation habits.
  • Assisting with other food service-related tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications - External

  • A minimum of two years experience cooking in a restaurant or corporate dining setting.
  • Must have basic technical skills in all phases of cooking, such as: sautéing, grilling, braising, poaching, etc.
  • Some culinary coursework preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
