We are currently looking for a team oriented individual to join our Global Services Account Engineering team, reporting to Keila Oropeza, Engineering Processing Manager

Responsibilities - External

Responsibilities include a selection of processing activities for a geographic territory in support of the Global Services Account Engineers and Global Services Account Engineering Manager

 

Working with clients and internal information users to resolve queries in respect of prospect/client data integrity, you will provide a quality professional service to clients as a member of the Client Servicing Team.  You will also update data for customers using various data management systems, and distribute Risk Report packages to clients, for given accounts you will perform follow up of risk improvement objectives with Client. Whilst providing administrative support to the GS Account Engineers and GMAE, there will also be direct liaison with Host CPAs and Account Engineers, typically based in North America, Sao Paulo BR and EMEA.

Qualifications - External

Applications are invited from candidates with:

  • College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and in English (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Effective time management and analytical skills.
  • You must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to use initiative and have a proactive approach.
  • Good knowledge of MS office is essential including ability to use pivot tables, macros and VLOOKUP.
  • Ideally working knowledge of the engineering systems including CSS, RiskConsole, MyRisk, EngNet, and Infoport, Report Studio/ Report Query.
  • Experience organizing events or travel arrangements.
