As a member of the Client Servicing Team, this position is accountable for capturing and managing prospect/client locations (business interests), values and engineering servicing data in compliance with corporate and country specific requirements. This includes entering and reconciling information in various FM Global systems that is used by others to make underwriting and engineering decisions; requesting location engineering inspections; assisting with the tracking of risk improvement recommendations; issuing risk reports, and delivering outstanding service to clients and brokers in coordination with the Account Engineers and other team members.
This is the first of three levels within the Client Processing Associate (CPA) job family requiring supervision during the training period with work verified followed by general supervision and some direction. Incumbent handles small to mid-size worldwide insurance programs with increasing complexity.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or local equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1+ years work experience in an office environment, preferably in an insurance or related work environment.
