With the recent opening of our state-of-the-art learning center in Norwood, MA, we are looking for experienced, creative curriculum designers to develop innovative workshops to be delivered in our active learning classrooms. Our classrooms are equipped with Smart Boards, Surface Hubs and video cameras, providing us with endless opportunities for interaction. In addition to developing classroom workshops, this position will develop overall curriculum design to include assessments, mentoring, on-the-job activities and on-demand learning. Experience developing complex curricula is a must.
This position is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of learning programs for internal learning – management, consulting and sales. The person in this role works closely with the manager, internal learning – management, consulting and sales to determine training needs in this space.
Responsible for developing reports to evaluate trainees’ performance.
Responsible for measuring, analyzing, and evaluating learning program effectiveness.
Work with other internal resources and vendor partners on development and delivery of learning.
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience in an operations role at FM Global or 5+ years experience in the training field.
Experience in managing multiple projects and vendors including strong vendor negotiation and management skills.
Experience working with senior executives and business leaders at all levels and creating effective internal partnerships.
Instructional design experience with a focus on developing for the active learning classroom.
