This Administrative Assistant position will report to the branch manager with a dotted line to the account engineering manager as well as the admin manager and processing manager in the following role.
-Proactively support managers and departments in the branch
-Assist managers with meeting schedules and calender management
-Assist managers and staff with follow-up
-Provide creative input and prepare presentations and proposals
-Compile and manage data for meetings
-Arrange internal and external meeting accommodations and agendas
-Prepare expense reports as needed
-Assist the Administrative Department as needed
General Business Degree or equilalent work experience
2+ years of adminstrative experience supporting a work group or manager
Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and other design software
Excellent organizational and communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and time manage priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, adaptable team player
