In a team environment:
Confirm reinsurance arrangements per policy with our World Reach Partner companies for onward transmittal on all renewal and new bindings.
Validate and produce invoices, policy documentation and certificates in accordance with department procedures.
Manage the entry of reinsurance data into corporate systems in accordance with instructions provided by Host Operations.
Manage the return of locally issued documents from World Reach Partners and ensure relevant approval of such documents is obtained.
Must be customer service oriented and able to produce high levels of accurate data entry and numeric work. Responsible for tracking and managing all workflows
Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Experience: Two years experience working in a business/corporate environment is preferred.
Two years experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
Attention to details
Understanding of different time zones/cultures
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid computer and internet skills including the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
Knowledge of FM Global's internal systems is advantageous
Second language skills highly preferred (i.e. Spanish, French, Portuguese)
