Overview - External

The Customer Service Department has a position opening for a Field Engineering Assistant to be located in Frankfurt, Germany. The qualified candidate will report to the Manager Office Engineering & Training.

 

The  Assistant’s main responsibility is to manage the Impairment Process at our clients while developing trusting relationships with Field Engineers.

Responsibilities - External

    • Impairment Management
    • Contacting clients via phone and e-mail for impairment follow ups and precautions
    • Client training on FM Global RedTag Permit procedures
    • Managing and prioritizing large e-mail volumes
    • Data entry and maintenance

Qualifications - External

    • Some years of professional administrative experience are preferred
    • Fluency in German and English; Dutch language is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills, prioritization skills and customer orientation
