Overview - External

Location: Johnston RI (must be onsite 5 days per week, not eligible for remote work locations)

Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week

Contract Duration: 6 months

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager

 

Partnering with the Senior Recruiter responsible for filling various roles on our Agile team, this role will focus primarily on searching for UX Designers, but may source for other critical roles in the Agile space. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of talent, and developing innovative strategies for attracting candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, and research.

Responsibilities - External

  • Build and Maintain pipelines of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities, future needs, and business critical positions
  • Partner with the Senior Recruiter to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with targeted/key candidates and grow specific talent pools by leveraging both social media and more traditional approaches such as attending alumni and industry networking events
  • Implement innovative candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs. Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary, relocation needs and basic qualifications to forward viable candidates to the Senior Recruiter
  • Report on/maintain data around activity, market place trends and produce quality information for presentation to hiring managers to demonstrate position value and cost savings to the company
  • Act as an Agile search expert by understanding hiring needs and position specifications
  • Identify networking opportunities to generate awareness of open positions and generate new candidates
  • Help expand social networking platforms as a recruiting tool

Qualifications - External

  • 3-5 years' direct recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience, in the Agile space with a focus on UX/UI Designer roles required
  • Extensive prior experience with Linked In Recruiter required
  • BA/BS degree in HR, Business, or related field required
  • An ability to generate a high-volume/high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
  • Solid skills and experience in sourcing/identifying relevant candidates for jobs, facilitating the candidate screening/interviewing/selection process required
  • Skilled at partnering with recruiting teams to build effective sourcing approaches with a passion for providing exceptional customer/partner service
  • Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and the recruiting team
  • Experienced at working in a team work environment while possessing the ability to work independently
  • Able to in work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience or knowledge of Boolean logic and other social media/online sourcing techniques required
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work effectively
