Overview - External

As a member of the Client Servicing Team, this position is accountable for capturing and managing prospect/client locations (business interests), values and engineering servicing data in compliance with corporate and country specific requirements.

Responsibilities - External

  • entering and reconciling information in various FM Global systems that is used by others to make underwriting and engineering decisions;
  • requesting location engineering inspections;
  • assisting with the tracking of risk improvement recommendations;
  • issuing risk reports and delivering outstanding service to clients and brokers in coordination with the Account Engineers and other team members;
  • interacting with various disciplines - New Business Executive, Account Engineer, Account Manager and/or Underwriter - to validate and process all prospect/client business interest data as needed;
  • providing guidance and technical assistance to the Client Servicing Teams on the current processing requirements and liaising with internal offices worldwide to deliver accurate and timely service on accounts and to achieve company and operational objectives; and responding to internal and external customer inquiries and/or directs to appropriate personnel within established time frames. Provides backup coverage for inquiries during an Account Engineer’s or coworker’s absence

Qualifications - External

  • business management training and some years of work experiences,
  • attention to detail and strong problem solving capability,
  • advanced computing skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, including Pivot,
  • good math and analytical skills,
  • strong organizational skills with ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines,
  • good communication skills, both oral and written, in German and English,
  • self-motivated, collaborative and team-oriented.
