Responsibilities - External

  • Directs and coordinates the personnel and operations of the mailroom and stockroom/warehouse to ensure the prompt and efficient distribution of mail, shipping, stock and supplies.
  • Directs and coordinates the activities of the transportation of executives, directors, visitors and employee trainees.
  • Directs and coordinates the personnel and operations of the Corporate Records Center and Library, including off-site storage.
  • Assures storage and retrieval of electronic documents for insured accounts, accurate storage and retrieval of microfilmed documents; storage and retrieval of hard copy archival documents, policies and services are followed to meet the needs of all departments.
  • Manages the deployment of the Imaging System throughout all of FM Global offices, including administration to all participants’ access and security rights, assists in determining conversion strategy, back-file and day-forward processing including the management of vital records.
  • Assures all library subscriptions are maintained and properly renewed.

Qualifications - External

  • High School Graduate
  • 5/7 years of mail, shipping, receiving, record storage as well as 7+ years of supervisory experience. Computer skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • knowledge of shipping regulations.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., walking, standing, bending and pushing carts and possess a valid driving license.
  • OnBase Imaging Software knowledge a plus.
