Responsibilities - External

Come join a thriving, innovative learning organization! With the recent opening of our state-of-the-art learning center in Norwood, MA, we are looking for experienced, creative curriculum designers to develop innovative workshops to be delivered in our active learning classrooms. Our classrooms are equipped with Smart Boards, Surface Hubs and video cameras, providing us with endless opportunities for interaction. In addition to developing classroom workshops, this position will develop overall curriculum design to include assessments, mentoring, on-the-job activities and on-demand learning. Experience developing complex curricula is a must.


Qualifications - External

  • 5+ years instructional design experience with a focus on developing interactive classroom workshops.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical topics in a classroom setting
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in creating effective internal partnerships
  • Experience in successfully creating top quality work under aggressive timelines
  • Strong project management skills
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, activities and commitments 
  • Smart Board experience a plus.
