Mutual Boiler Re is a division of FM Global and has been providing boiler and machinery insurance in North America for more than 130 years. Mutual Boiler Re specializes in providing Equipment Breakdown reinsurance and related services to insurance companies throughout North America. Mutual Boiler Re is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator in their Malvern, PA office.

Responsibilities - External

This position is responsible for the coordination of all marketing and public relations activity to support Mutual Boiler Re's Reinsurance Executives, New Business Development and Partner Company relationships.  This includes:

  • Assisting with developing and managing marketing collateral (presentations, email releases, brochures, etc). 
  • Managing internal and external newsletters, including writing and design.
  • Overseeing Mutual Boiler Re planning and attendance at partner company events, industry conventions, employee offsite meetings, and in-house meeting planning.
  • Maintaining Mutual Boiler Re website, including creating web banners and updating content.
  • Coordinating social media programming and content, including Twitter and LinkedIn.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Must possess a sharp marketing eye - expert copy and design proofing skills.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with different levels of the organization, and work cooperatively with customers.
  • Must possess excellent grammar skills to write content in a concise and clear manner.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines and follow-up in a timely manner.
  • Must be high-energy, self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to work collaboratively.
  • Must possess excellent skills in standard Microsoft applications, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work with various file formats, graphics, logos, and fonts.
  • Education:  General business degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience:  2+ years supporting/coordinating marketing efforts. Experience in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
