Overview - External


Based in Frankfurt and reporting to the Client Service Manager, the successful applicant will support the Client Service Group (CSG) of Account Managers and Underwriters, plus provide support for Frankfurt Operations in marketing and external client/broker events.


Responsibilities - External


  • Day to day support for the CSG in preparing presentations, organizing meetings, etc.
  • Provides the Client Service Manager support in analyzing data and evaluating trends to manage the portfolio of accounts for our operation
  • Provide administrative support where needed across the disciplines of Account Engineering & Insurance Processing
  • Anticipates and prepares materials needed by Operations Management for client/broker events
  • Organizes and leads the running of client/broker events (i.e. Risk Management Forum, DVS etc.)
  • Works closely with our advertising agency on ensuring public messaging for FM Global is adapted and positioned appropriately for our local market place

Qualifications - External


  • Understanding of advertising campaigns and the positioning of the FM Global Brand advantageous
  • Bachelor in Insurance and 3+ years of work experience or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong organizational and numeric skills
  • Detailed and quality oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Dedicated team player
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Comfortable working with little supervision
  • Full Microsoft Office literacy
  • Fluent in both, German & English - written & oral
