    Responsibilities - External

    The FM Global Learning Center is a state-of-the-art training facility in Norwood, Massachusetts, USA. Every aspect of the eco-friendly, 40,000-square-foot (3,700- square-meter) building is designed to facilitate new methods of learning and idea generation for both FM Global clients and employees.

    We are currently seeking a learning coordinator who will be responsible for organizing all components of assigned instructor-led courses, including smooth and seamless flow of classes from students’ arrival to students’ return home.

    This position also coordinates production of all class materials. Compiles measurement reports on numbers of classes, attendees and evaluation scores. Monitors requests through HEAT, maintaining classes/rosters in SABA. Coordinating class needs with Four Points Sheraton (food and beverage requirements, sleeping rooms, contracts, etc.) Adhoc projects as assigned.

    Qualifications - External

    Associate degree or equivalent

    2 plus years related business experience required 

    Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

    Strong organizational, negotiating and administrative skills

    High attention to detail and quality

    Ability to manage multiple deadlines

    Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

    Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel & PowerPoint

    Technology proficient, will be utilizing SABA, HEAT

    LMS experience helpful
