    Responsibilities - External

    • Under the supervision of a more experienced Client Processing Associate and/or  the Client Processing Manager, the individual in this position gathers, validates, and reconciles client information necessary to process new, renewal and value change transactions. 
    • Validates client input and account information in company systems. Maintains Data Quality in Business Interest Management, Business Entities and Account Engineering Systems and works with client and internal information users to resolve concerns of prospect/client data integrity. 
    • Provides quality, professional service to both internal and external clients as a member of the Client Service Team and in coordination with other members of the Client Service Team. 
    • Updates client and account engineering data in various data bases accurately and within established time frames. 
    • Will work on multiple tasks, research and respond to telephone and written inquiries/requests.

     

     

    Qualifications - External

    • High School Diploma, some college or business school preferred
    • 3+ years insurance or related work experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent time and priority management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent PC skills especially Excel
    • Excellent math and analytical skills
    • Must be a highly adaptable team player who can multi-task
