Provides analytical and other professional level support associated with the International Assignment population for the Global Mobility function of HR.
Consults and counsels with assignees, line managers, HR business partners, Finance, and vendors regarding procedures associated with pre-departure, post-arrival, and ongoing administration of tax and compensation issues.
Receives instruction and guidance, as required
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
1+ Years in Global Mobility or other HR or technical function
Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information
Strong analytical, data, and report skills, Attention to detail
Technology proficient in Microsoft Office/Workday
Ability to work independently and multi-task across functions
Worldwide organizational knowledge of FM Global preferred
Understanding of international payroll and taxation helpful
