We are currently looking for a team-oriented individual to join our Processing team, based in Stockholm on a fixed term basis for 18 months.
Reporting to the Client Processing Manager, responsibilities will include validating and reconciling client information necessary to process new and updated business interests and values; maintaining data in various internal nespoke systems; and providing updated documents and reports to Client Service Team (CST) members.
Working with client and internal information users to resolve concerns about prospect/client data integrity, you will provide a quality professional service to clients as a member of the CST and in coordination with other members of the team. On a daily basis, you will primarily support the Account Engineer. You will also update data for customers using account engineering tools. You may be involved in providing assistance to other Client Processing Associates to balance workload or provide backup support.
Other responsibilities include ad-hoc administration that supports Processing management, including the tracking of department objectives, policy distribution, spreadsheet work, etc.
Ideally you should possess proven administration experience, in an insurance environment. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with effective time management and analytical skills. You must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision and have a proactive approach. Good knowledge of MS Office is essential.
