Approve Host Operations draft policy for underlyer countries to ensure that they adhere to legal and/or custom and practice requirements for specific country concerned and remain in line with the Master policy.
Approve WorldReach Partner locally issued policy on behalf of FMIC, ensuring that it matches the intent/Terms and Conditions of any instructions/underlyer drafted by FM Global.
Collaborate seamlessly within the Global Processing Group. Develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage a strong level of teamwork with Global Services, Host Operations and Staff Departments to ensure a consistent and effective approach that fully supports objectives related to processing of WRP business and ensures client specific requirements/agreements are met as agreed.
Approve FM draft certificates for issuance to the WorldReach Partner and Reinsurance Slips received from WorldReach Partners on behalf of FMIC.
Monitor and provide feedback to Staff Processing on quality issues by Host Operations with recommendations for improvement of performance.
Be involved in pre and post renewal discussions with Operations in respect of transactional items relating to WorldReach Partner territories on GUS assigned accounts (as defined by Global Processing Operations Support and Operations discussions). Advise and guide Operations relevant to the transactional items of the policy lifecycle supporting client relationships on the nominated global accounts.
Support Operational training of Global Programs. Maintain up to date knowledge of WorldReach partner territories in respect of changes in the legal, regulatory and/or custom and practice in each and any country.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, CII, CPCU, ARM or equivalent preferred.
2+ years FM Global experience preferred or equivalent property insurance experience.
1+ years previous Customer Service experience required.
Working knowledge of the FM Global and WorldReach Partner network system and processes is advantageous.
Knowledge of Host Operations and the internal IS systems utilized on a daily basis is advantageous.
Demonstrates customer focused interaction with internal/external clients
Working knowledge of FM Global policy forms and underwriting standards is advantageous.
Demonstrates an above average ability in organization, working to deadlines, problem solving, team work and self-motivation.
Second business language (Portuguese/Spanish) significantly advantageous. (read, write and speak)
