    Responsibilities - External


    1. Reviews and oversees the entire operating standard process to ensure data integrity. Communicates daily with team members on content to provide clear written and oral instructions for formatting documents and  following guidelines.
    2. Interacts routinely with FM Global engineers, administrative assistants, project specialists, and the Multi-Media department, to ensure operating standard schedules and deadlines are met.
    3. Responsible for the coordination of the operating standard publishing process from editorial through review, production, and final output.
    4. Analyzes current business processes and responsibilities in terms of steps involved and efficiency. Identifies any activities that are time consuming, costly or might be simplified, and suggests alternative processing methods.
    5. Consults and coordinates with other personnel from various FM Global departments to streamline the operating standard process. Identifies weaknesses in procedures and offers corrective solutions. Communicates with engineers to resolve issues related to rework and data integrity.
    6. Maintains procedural files consisting of drafts, originals, and additional copies of material.
    7. Performs other special assignments or duties as may be required by the staff.


    Qualifications - External


    College Education preferred



    5+ years of Business Administration or related experience required

    Experience working within an engineering environment highly preferred

    Some project management helpful


    Microsoft Office skills required- Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint & Sharepoint


    Knowledgeable with web design & layout, HTML and technical maintenance

    Proficient with Adobe Acrobat software and knowledge of content management systems is preferred
