The Product Owner for the Marketing Journeys is a central role in an agile technology delivery organization. This individual owns the vision, development and delivery of business technology solutions (“products”) that both internal and external users encounter within this business area (a.k.a., “the journey”).

Current business technology systems in this area include Workamajig, Qualtrics, affiliatedfm.com, fmglobal.com, AFM Online, Globalport, Yammer, Britecove, Sitecore, PowerBI, Documentum, Exact Target, Learning Management System and Client Training Center. This individual is responsible for conducting research on user and business needs that can lead to new business technology products or valuable enhancements to current products in place. He/she will define the product vision and prioritize the product backlog, while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components that the team is responsible for.
