    We have multiple levels of Full Stack Software Engineering roles available ranging from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer to Principal Software Engineer. Qualified candidates will act as a servant leader within an agile team. They will collaborate with their team, a product owner, and a solution architect to design and implement multi-tiered enterprise solutions that are feature rich, performant, and maintain a high degree of automated tests. The candidate will operate within a dynamic team setting that relies on teamwork and individual contribution.



    Successful candidates must demonstrate:

    • Expertise as a full stack developer and deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, tools, and implementation patterns.
    • Expertise in architectural principles of software development, data modelling, and security.
    • Extensive experience applying object-oriented principles and design patterns
    • Ability to mentor junior developers.
    • Ability to identify, participate in, contribute to, and lead knowledge sharing activities.
    • Willingness to accept and provide feedback during peer code reviews.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience and training.

    2 + years of experience designing and implementing effective solutions including at least one year in a development leadership capacity. Hands on experience and expertise with .NET or .NET Core using C#, SQL, as well as a majority of the following technologies:

    • ASP.NET, MVC, Razor
    • Frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
    • REST APIs
    • HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SASS or SCSS
    • CI/CD process and version controls such as Azure DevOps or Git/Jenkins
    • Entity Framework, ADO.Net, or NHibernate
    • Messaging, Service Bus, and Enterprise Integration Patterns
    • Test Automation, patterns, and tools such as Selenium, Gherkin, and SpecFlow
