    Responsibilities - External

    Administers complex compensation program(s). Provides analytical and other professional level support to the compensation function with focus on comprehensive data compilation, tracking and independent analysis and reporting. Applies sound working knowledge of compensation techniques theories, methods and practices.   Works independently with minimal guidance.

    Qualifications - External

    Education – Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience/ Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Designation preferred.

    Experience – 5+ Years in compensation or other HR or technical function.  

    Skills/Knowledge –

    • Knowledge of compensation law and techniques, applications and programs.
    • Analytical skills to analyze data and produce reports.
    • Technology proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday as required.
    • Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills.
    • Customer focused to provide support to clients with salary administration and data needs.
    • Team oriented to work collaboratively with business units.
