    As a (Senior) Business Development Executive you will directly impact the top line of the company. With great responsibility comes great reward, and in this exciting role reporting to Oliver Aßmuth, Regional Sales Manager, you will utilize your superior negotiation and teamwork skills on a daily basis in support of client service & sales objectives

    Responsibilities - External

    • Achieve new business objectives
    • Develop the new business pipeline on a Direct and Broker Partner basis
    • Formulate strategies to maximize our current hit ratio on new business
    • Maintain an active involvement with Frankfurt Ops in the local insurance and brokerage community by participating in meetings, conferences and appearing at industry related functions
    • Lead the client service team to deliver New Business Proposals that include a focus on people, processes, and plans
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of competitors’ products and services

    Qualifications - External

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; advanced degree in business, insurance, marketing or finance desirable
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in insurance company or insurance department of multinational company
    • Good level of experience in underwriting Property insurance
    • Proven sales experience a plus
    • Fluency in German and English
    • Self-motivated and independent
    • Effective listening skills and competent communicator
    • Ability to multitask
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (including facilitating and presenting)
