Effectively facilitates and supports all Human Resources aspects of international assignments for FM Global. Coordinates the operational features of the programs with Finance and the various vendors who provide administration and taxation services. Maintains effective working relationships with each and provides oversight of service levels. Acts as key contact for employees going on assignment and works with line managers and Human Resources to provide a positive experience for both the Company and transferring employees in accordance with Company policy, compliance/legal requirements and country norms. Responsible for US immigration services in conjunction with external partner and guidance to global offices as needed.
Minimum of 5+ years global mobility experience, including 2+ years of project management experience. In addition to HR, finance or compensation experience useful. Experience working with external vendors preferred.
