    Responsibilities - External

    Baking pastries for meetings at the Hobbs Brook Forefront Center.

    • Assisting in production of various food items according to recipes, First Cook and Sous Chef instruction.
    • Be able to work quickly and multitask while demonstrating good communication skills and teamwork.
    • Engage in interaction with customers to meet their requests.
    • Prepare food with enthusiasm and creativity.
    • Demonstrate good sanitation habits.
    • Assisting with other food service-related tasks as requested by management.

     

    Qualifications - External

    A minimum of two years experience cooking in a bakery, restaurant or corporate dining setting.

    • Must have technical skills in all phases of baking.
    • Some culinary coursework preferred.
    • Strong customer service skills.
