Boston Operations has an opening in its Client Service department for an Administrative Assistant II. In this role you will provide key support to the client service team. We are looking for a proactive team player with high motivation and a willingness to learn.
The individual in this position, and under general supervision, will provide administrative support to the Boston Operations Client Service Manager, Assistant Client Service Manager, and their teams.
Responsibilities include composing and typing correspondence, taking meeting notes, answering telephones, routing calls, managing calendars/meetings, as well as establishing and maintaining various department and/or operational data bases. This individual will have interaction with all levels of company personnel as well as clients and vendors.
This individual will also open mail, establish and keep files, coordinate various client events, and complete special projects as necessary. This individual must also be able to work independently and proactively gather and compose information from the department for various monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and projects.
