We have a great opportunity for an Account Administrator in AFM’s Amsterdam office helping to develop a growing portfolio of mid-market business within Amsterdam, Benelux and Ireland. If you enjoy working as part of a team, handling a varied workload and are customer-service oriented, this position is for you. This position provides assistance to Production Underwriters and Account Engineers as well as fulfilling the department administrative needs.
Your main responsibility will be to produce and process policy documentation in accordance with corporate standards. You will also service new and renewal business, including logging prospects, coding data in appropriate systems, constructing monthly reports, overseeing premium collection and filing. In addition, you will support the Account Engineers in transmitting Risk reports and maintaining logs.
You will also be expected to contribute to the translation and localisation of our products including our brochures. The successful candidate will maintain constructive and harmonious relations with all internal and external customers.
Training will be provided on-the-job.
