Manages multiple real estate development assignments including construction, expansion and relocation of FM Global corporate and field offices worldwide. Oversees from the ground up investment in real estate construction, repositioning of real estate assets, tenant improvement projects, major repairs and life cycle building system replacements from project inception to completion as assigned by the Principal Architect.
Project management tasks performed include: project consultant management, project scope development, project budget control, project schedule management, design and construction oversight, project regulatory approval, client management, request for proposal creation, vendor selection, invoice and payment requisition review and processing, contract administration and other identified project-specific management tasks.
