    Responsibilities - External

    Oversees and performs complex day to day operation of identity and directory services technologies (such as AD,Identity Federation,VDS,PKI,MFA) in support of enterprise identity, authentication, and authorization services.  These operational and systems engineering activities include monitoring ticket queues and responding to incident tickets received from the service desk as well as processing change requests and ensuring resolution of technology issues. 

    Qualifications - External

    Education:             

    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or technical training with a non-related degree.

     

    Experience:            

    Minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology, security administration, server infrastructure support, automation services, identity services or other related discipline.  

     

    Skills/Knowledge:

    • Strong knowledge of operating systems, application development, directory services, authentication services and standards, and powershell automation.
    • Understanding of computer vulnerabilities, hacker methodologies and other threats.
    • Substantial experience using powershell framework/scripting to manage microsoft identity and directory services and for automation.
    • Experience managing/leading projects and ability to produce any necessary artifacts.
