They are aligned to multiple sales region, market, or country, and paired with six to eight Business Development Executives to support the attainment of annual strategic account growth and retention objectives and enable the success of Operations as needed. The role partners with multiple marketing functions to create customized plans that deliver maximum impact through personalized assets and resources. He/She will utilize their knowledge of our business and offerings and connect them to the prospect needs through customized programs. Lead and oversee day to day responsibilities of assigned Sales/OPS regions, as well as any project related work in addition to the Sales Enablement Specialist.   This position may based in a FM Global field office in any of the following cities; New York, Washington DC, Altanta, Dallas, Chicago, St Louis, Boston, Cleveland or our headquarters located in Johnston, Rhode Island.

This position also supports enterprise learning objectives and writes enterprise learning programs, under guidance. May administer exams and write performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular discipline. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.   Schedule: This is a Norwood, MA office-based position. Five days per week on-site required.
