The Sales Enablement Consultant plan organizes, executes and measures programs – directly or through sales – that create relevant two-way interactions with prospects and customers to inform and influence their buying decisions and broader relationship with the organization. They are aligned to multiple sales region, market, or country, and paired with six to eight Business Development Executives to support the attainment of annual strategic account growth and retention objectives and enable the success of Operations as needed. The role partners with multiple marketing functions to create customized plans that deliver maximum impact through personalized assets and resources. He/She will utilize their knowledge of our business and offerings and connect them to the prospect needs through customized programs. Lead and oversee day to day responsibilities of assigned Sales/OPS regions, as well as any project related work in addition to the Sales Enablement Specialist.
This position may based in a FM Global field office in any of the following cities; New York, Washington DC, Altanta, Dallas, Chicago, St Louis, Boston, Cleveland or our headquarters located in Johnston, Rhode Island.

The Sr. Event Planner manages best-in-class event experiences that advance FM Global’s KRAs and Corporate and Operations objectives as part of integrated marketing campaigns. They are responsible for internal, hosted, and industry events around the globe -- including face-to- face, hybrid, and virtual events – and are responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external sourcing and logistics partners to ensure successful execution. They contribute to and deliver on the Event Strategy brief, working with event business owners and marketing colleagues to execute on agreed Event plans. They provide event management expertise in pre-planning meetings to include attendee management, all logistics surrounding events, budgeting, and execution whether on site or via virtual facilitation and follow up and post event reconciliation. This includes pre meetings with hosts and stakeholders, communications, registration of attendees, hotel and venue sourcing selection and negotiations, food and beverage provisioning, meeting room set-ups, on-site management, hosted events at FM Global properties, gifts, transportation, coordination of third parties, and in-person or virtual execution and post-event survey management.
FM Global’s New York Operations has an opening for a dynamic Account Manager in the Client Service Department of our Parsippany, NJ office. This position will perform insurance servicing and property underwriting activities on existing accounts and new business. This position's primary function is to serve as the account team leader and manager of the account. The account manager will serve as the key/primary interface with clients/brokers on all aspects of the account, including insurance products and services, engineering, and claims services.
This position is for an Account Manager I to Account Manager II, contingent on the level of the candidate’s skills and experience. Varying levels of experience and qualifications will be considered.
This position has an advanced knowledge of the company’s underwriting requirements as well as policy review and policy manuscripting authority. Through advanced underwriting skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills, provides underwriting technical expertise to the Account Manager, CSM or Branch Manager. Also provides expertise and training on routine procedural issues and new standards to facilitate understanding, implementation and compliance. The incumbent also works with the Operations Chief Underwriter to handle referral requests in support of the Operations as requested.
