They serve as a trusted advisor for senior executives looking to tackle high-priority, complex business problems that are of high strategic value and subject to change and risk. They guide the conceptualization, delivery, and implementation of multifaceted, multi-year initiatives, both non-technology and technology based. As a solution design driver, our Senior Program Consultant conducts relevant analysis and deep dives to identify problems and set the framework for comprehensive people, process, and technology solutions. They work closely with stakeholders to align and detail out the solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient initiative execution. Throughout the initiative execution process, the Senior Program Consultant coordinates with stakeholders to plan key milestones, monitor and report progress, with an emphasis on business objectives and value delivery. They also ensure efficient resource deployment, dependency management, and risk and issue management to mitigate program volatility with respect to scope and quality changes. Our principal consultant ensures effective integration of change management needs to drive appropriate levels of engagement and adoption, resulting in successful program outcomes.   This position can be based out of any of our FM Global offices throughout the United States: NY Operations, Washington DC Operations, Atlanta Operations, Dallas Operations, Minneapolis Operations, Chicago Operations, Boston Operations, Waltham, MA, Norwood, MA, or our global headquarters in Johnston, Rhode Island. Occasional domestic travel will be required to meet business requirements. 

FM Global’s Washington, D.C. Operations has an opening for a dynamic Account Manager in the Client Service Department of our Malvern, PA office. This position will perform insurance servicing and property underwriting activities on existing accounts and new business. This position's primary function is to serve as the account team leader and manager of the account. The account manager will serve as the key/primary interface with clients/brokers on all aspects of the account, including insurance products and services, engineering, and claims services. This position is for an Account Manager I to Account Manager II, contingent on the level of the candidate’s skills and experience. Varying levels of experience and qualifications will be considered.

The Investments team is responsible for the investment management of multiple asset pools, more than $25B, and the Executive Assistant will focus on all executive administrative functions on behalf of the EVP/Chief Investment Officer (CIO).    This is a high energy role that requires exceptional professional judgment, genuine collaboration, exceptional written and interpersonal communication, and the ability to skillfully prioritize deliverables under minimum supervision. This position involves interactions and coordination with the senior-most offices of the firm, requiring superior professionalism and stewardship and frequent handling of restricted communications. The Executive Assistant will also frequently interact with members of the Investments team to ensure smooth operations and will partner closely with a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting the Investments department.   Schedule & Location: This is a non-exempt, hourly full-time office position with a primary location in Waltham, MA and a secondary location in the Boston office on certain days as needed.   This employee will also remotely support the NYC office as needed based on business needs, with optional travel (up to 10%) to our NYC office.
